Our Terms and Conditions govern the use of our museum's services and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Ticket Validity and Transferability

This ticket is only valid for the specified day and time slot of booking, and it cannot be transferred or duplicated.

2. Compliance with Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by the organizer's terms, conditions, and any other restrictions in effect before or during the event. Admission may be refused or revoked if visitors do not comply with the food and beverage policies.

3. Identification Requirement

In case of any problem with the ticket, the customer must provide a valid identification document such as the original ID card, driver's license, or original passport, student pass with the corresponding name that was used when booking/purchasing the ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Security and Prohibited Items

Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the venue. Dangerous and prohibited materials and any item deemed dangerous by the organizer or the security apparatus at the event venue or that may be used to cause damage to the venue will be confiscated. Entering in the Museum premises with any of the harmful objects and sharp edges should be forbidden. For example, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, guns [any kind], 3D weapons, knives, pen knives, pets, food and drinks, scissors, aerosol cans, including pepper spray and Mace, any kind of tools, placards, signs, or banners

5. Organizer's Liability for Personal Property

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost, stolen, damaged, or incurred in this Museum.

6. Event Program Changes, exhibition rooms temporarily closed

Event programs and artworks are subject to change at any time. Some of the exhibition rooms might be closed for maintenance due to special events or safety reasons due to overcrowding.

7. Data Collection and Use

All data collected via the website is the property of the organizer, and by booking or purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and gives his consent to the further use of personal data.

8. Taking pictures or recording videos

Taking photos and videos is allowed but please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other visitors. Please refrain from using flash, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.

9. Photography and Videography Consent

As there will be photography and videography taken in the Museum, I/We consent to have my/our image(s) edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I/We waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. This material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area without a time limit on the validity of this release nor any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff.

10. Arrival and Late Entry

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the event starts. The ticket remains valid for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. The organizer reserves the right to refuse late entries, and ticket holders are not entitled to ticket price refunds or compensation.

11. Museum closure, event Cancellation or Postponement

In the case of Museum closure, an event being canceled or postponed by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered an opportunity to reschedule (capacity permitting) or will be refunded.

12. Resale Prohibition

Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited.

13. Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable, except in case of an unscheduled museum closure, event cancellation or postponement (see point n. 11).

14. Press and Media

Television, radio and paper media must apply for press accreditation and are not allowed film, record or broadcast from the museum if not authorized. Tickets are for private visitors only. For press accreditation inquiries or authorization, please contact us.

15. Health and Safety

Due to the nature of the exhibitions, some of the spaces might be dark with uneven and unsteady flooring. Please take care and be aware of yourself and those around you when visiting the museum. Don't run and follow the museum staff's instructions at all times. If you are visiting with minors, please watch over them closely for their own safety. Touching any of the technical equipment, such as projectors is strictly prohibited. You might have to take the stairs to access some of the artwork, please take care.

16. Medical

The exhibitions contain bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy, balance disorders, pregnant women or other medical conditions. Visitors suffering from these conditions should consult their physician prior to their museum visit and must assess their comfort level before entering exhibition rooms. Access to the museum remains at the discretion of the individual. Should special assistance be required, we will make ourselves available to take an alternative route, avoiding installations that might cause problems.

17. People with determination

The facility is wheelchair accessible. Our staff will provide a brief explanation of the exhibition's rules and regulations before entry. Please note that for safety reasons, some exhibition rooms may not be accessible to individuals using wheelchairs. We appreciate your understanding.

18. Animals

Animals are not permitted except for assistance dogs.

19. Authorizing payment and transaction

I hereby agree to authorize this transaction and am responsible for full payment for this purchase.

20. Online Support

Please contact our online support if you experience any problems in purchasing tickets on our website.

21. Children

Due to safety and health reasons, access to certain artworks is subject to height and age restrictions.

22. Athletic Forest

To access the exhibition space on the first floor, all visitors, including children, must wear special socks provided free of charge by the museum. The socks can be disposed of for recycling or taken with you.

23. Cashless Transactions

At the museum, cash payments are not accepted. Only electronic payment methods are available for purchases at Sketch Factory and EN TEA HOUSE. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation

24. Responsibility for Damages

Any damage caused to museum items or property, whether accidental or intentional, will result in liability for the visitor. Visitors will be required to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items. Thank you for helping us preserve our exhibits.

25. Stroller Guideline

Strollers are not permitted inside the museum. Visitors are required to store their strollers in the designated locker room provided by the museum.
